How does this work? Is it true Pokerroom and Hollywood users are actually on the same network and playing against each other?

B/c i have been a longtime pokerroom user and want to sign up through a rakeback... but since i already have a pokerroom account i cant do this. I was wonder if i could still sign up through Hollywood... play the same site basically... and get rakeback? any suggestions about doing this or where to get a pokerroom/hollywood rakeback?
