With 100bb stacks I push here everytime (25nl is good enough argument for me).
With 300bb I'm thinking call and reevaluate, some people on these limits don't know how to bet properly so you might get to showdown fairly cheap, totally depends on read though and you should have an ok read considering you're both at 300bb stacks. Oh and people "slowplay" AA all the time on party25nl so it's not totally impossible for him to have it
