Bummer about your experiences there. I played there during the week of Thanksgiving and had none of the problems you experienced.
I played 4/8, 8/16, 15/30 and found them all to be pretty good. The 2/5 NL game was really rocky, though. Very little action. The 15/30 was filled with regulars, fortunately, the regulars weren't very good. [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] I've never worried about playing against local regulars; I'm not sure why anyone thinks that those player are somehow better.
The cocktail service was just fine where I was. And the floor staff did a good job while I was there. Dealers were generally good.
The only problem I continue to see there is the size of the chairs. They're nice, but they crowd the tables.
