Hand 1. Raise to 90-100 preflop and if you still get two callers, I'd put it all-in on the flop instead of checking.

Hand 2. Some would consider your continuation bet on the flop as standard but since you didn't improve by the turn, check fold the river. Villain (IMO) is most likely value betting with what he feels is the best hand.
