I don't see many problems.

I thought you missed a couple of clear bluff opportunities. The checkraise with AK on a QT9 board was just not right, and I'm a little uncertain on the river were the board has a 4 straight to the broadway and you have Top and 3rd pair. If the turn had been heads up I would have called down, but getting raised there against to players says he had it. If he had it though then we can't call the turn.
