Preflop: UTG+1 is slightly loose, but not out of line with aggression...fold with only 2 opponents.

Flop: check-raise or bet-raise...obvious straight draw, and I'd hate to see a 4 fall. Beware FPS.

Turn: after raising the flop, lead the turn...the 6 likely improved your FE, you might take it right there.

River: easy call...you're more likely to see an ace than a 7.
