I don't get it either. While I'm playing I have my PT stats open and visible on my 2nd monitor so I can see what my VP$P, hands played, pfr, and $ won looks like. And it updates every 3 minutes. If I'm down big it gives me a challenge to play smart(er) and make a comeback. If I'm up it gives me confidence and my decisions are way easier.

I really don't see how looking at your results, pfr and other stats over a 30 minute window can be helpful.
