The same as you need for your overall winrate to converge. It depends on what your bounds for convergence are, but it's a lot.
It's also important, as stated earlier, to filter these stats. There is a huge difference betweein 4-handed and 6-handed play, and people won't have the same rations between 4/5/6 handed, so results will be disproportionately skewed.
