Everyone takes bad beats. Good players take more than they give, however. Read Zen and the art of poker, also read the Tao of Poker. Ultimately, you need to be non-result oriented, and strictly decision oriented. Correct decisions are what you need to be concerned with, not the results. From the looks of your post, you need to surf these forums at length and try to play as much poker as you possibly can at a limit that you can afford.
