Default Re: $1/$2 NL: TPGK and I get raised. What\'s the standard line?

this was .25/.50 and not 1/2 right?

With a field of 5 and being first to act here I don't like leading this pot. If you had a strong hand in this spot you would c/r with 4 behind including the preflop raiser. Betting out says I have an OK but not great hand. I might play this way with AK depending on the field and reads but not KJ.

KJs is just not a hand to play for top pair and if it lands that way I prefer a pair of jacks to kings. In this case the threat that your opponent has KQ means you would have no redraws (save runner runner A,T or J's). If he has a flush draw what range of hands do you think he has? AKs is out, so AQs and AJs seem the most obvious, would he raise (even min raise) preflop with less, like QJs? AQs gives him a pair with his flush draw, AJs gives him 3 extra tens, QJs gives him a pair plus one of your redraw outs. Face it, your screwed if he has you beat with a made hand and if he's drawing here. Save your money.
