What are you basing this on? What other hands could he have to make you say he probably has a pair that isn't aces?
With no reads I'll generally give people credit for only capping AA-QQ.
I still 3-bet this flop every time. If he caps it then I call down. He very well could have Aces in this spot, but I think you have to pay it off. Don't worry about the other donks in this hand. If they wake up and start raising you can think about folding, because it's pretty obvious what you two have and they are just calling down and hoping.
