Default Pair and good draw vs LAG and tilty small stack

This is a hand my buddy R played while I was away from the table. We talked about it a lot and were kind of up in the air in several areas.

3/6 live game. UTG is drunk, tilty, and on a low stack. She's likely to have just about anything. BB is LAG, very gambling style player and hard to put on a hand. He will raise pf w/any of his premium hands.

UTG limps, Hero limps on B w/A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]8 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], SB folds, BB checks. 3.33 sb. Flop:

J [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]Q [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]8 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

BB bets, UTG raises and has one sb left, 6.33sbs, Hero?

We already concluded that he should have raised to isolate drunky/tilty as his A8 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] probably has her crushed.

I'd like to discuss later parts of the hand after some feedback from this point.
