Default [22] Watch the n00b suck with Q9o

Sortof new to SnG's. I'm guessing this will be an easier one for most people. Is this move advisable with a smaller stack? and then is the calling off my stack dumb?

My read on villian is that he has been quite aggro, he has been involved in alot of pots with a decent amount of betting and raising. The rest of the table has been rather concervative so he's pretty much running it over. The hands he has shown down, however, have all been rather good [TPTK or better]. The last time I raised the blinds on the button with K4s and he pushed in the SB. Seeing as how this was the second time I was thinking it was another move. In that case, does this move seem any more justified? I suck at figuring out my advantage against a range of hands and I'm not sure what range to give him entirely. Help would help, thanks.
