If I was going to bet, I think I'd bet the flop. You might get all 3 of them to fold 1/14 times. I doubt you get all of them to fold on the turn 1/8 times since the flop checked through. I dunno, maybe with the 7 pairing you do..
Lead the flop, check behind the turn, call a river bet HU UI.

Having checked the flop through, I'd still check behind the turn and likely call a river bet HU, or fold if it gets overcalled.
I just don't think you have the FE on the turn, and the flop and turn check through is really suspicious given the action pflop.
Without reads, I'd just want to get to showdown and see what these clowns play this way.
