Apologies. I know I have the reputation of just saying, "Search function, n00b!!!" That was not my intention here. It looks like the posts on it are in the archives now.
My understanding is that Chen/Ankenman's book will be a poker game theory book. I believe it's already well past its intended publish date. Ankenman's posts in the theory forum are probably a good idea of the kind of material that will be in the book.
