depends on your table conditions. if everyone's playing tight and you have a monster, its obviously better to bring it in than to complete initially. if its a laggy table, you can probably go ahead and complete initially, though if its that aggro, you can probly bring it in and then raise anyway.

I usually only complete when i have a marginal hand that i woudl be happy stealing anties with, or with semi-good hands that won't do well against multiple opponents.
