Is there a reason you won't take anyone's word for things? If you're not going to take the time to check it yourself from official sources that you trust, why are you rejecting the information people keep giving you?
It's the burn card. It's put back on the top of the deck, face up, and "burned" again (and then turned over) when the time comes to deal the flop.
