I had Geico for a few years, and I loved them. Their customer-service was always extremely friendly, anytime I had a question about anything. On the other hand, I never had to file a claim through them, so I can't speak for that.
The only reason I switched is because AAA offered better rates than Geico, and since I was going to buy AAA membership anyway, I switched.
