Since you are pot committed to call a reraise, I would just push. KQs is strong 3-handed, but not strong enough that you want action.
There are some advantages to the way you play it, since you have position on the button and the smaller raise may appear to represent a stronger hand.
In general with the stack sizes, you are better off pushing, limping, or miniraising if you want to play, rahter than mnaking a raise that pot commits you.
