After doing some reaserch and fist pounding regarding the suspension of tourney play at dog and race tracks around FL, it's come to light that Indian Casinos and card rooms at dog tracks and the like are not governed by the same regulatory bodies, hence it's thought that the Native Americans can pretty much do as they like on site.
