Good news/bad news.
The bad news is that not all games will be reverse compatible, the good news is that those that are, will look noticeably better on the 360 than they did on the Xbox because of the extra anti-aliasing power.
the list of games which will run on the xbox 360 is quite long, google should pull it up for you in a couple of secs (I know that all the Grand Theft Auto and Halo games are on the list).
