One more thing, as stated in HPFAP, when the blinds are tight we should be stealing with many hands since we take down the pot without a fight so often. I agree that 76s is a MUCH better candidate to increase our raising range than something like Q2.

Since we know that we are going to be an underdog when called, might as well have a playable hand that is very live. The high card strength of a hand like Q2 has little importance if we are going to see a flop mostly against hands that are better.
