I think a decent or passive opponent won't bet his flushdraw on the turn when checked to, especially when he knows ur aggro (a c/r is possible)
So in most cases I think bet>check, since he's more often on a fd than he has a K and might semibluff a worse hand

Also with checking you give a freecard to a FD.
