Agreed. I think a very good spot to overbet is when your opponent is not likely to call a bet unless he has a very specific holding, but will call any amount. For instance, you have 4 of a kind and there is an A on board, so you think villain will only pay off any sized bet with the A boat. So you would push this every time. You don't want to bet 1/2 pot and see he likely would have stacked off.
