None of these items are good or bad under situations. They are noteworthy especially if I see them happen repeatedly. I take notes on good play as well as bad. I am just looking to create a list of things that I should be taking notes on.

I would say that most players at 2/4 do very little "situationally". So if they play one one one time they are pretty much going to play that way all the time.
