You should either check or bet out 250ish on the river... since I'm a chicken I check and lose to his two pair/no flush. The villain cold calling that 100 chip bet is scary and I'd put him on A of clubs or two pair, both beat you but you could get one off of his hand. How frisky are you feeling?
