Under 'Main Configuration', choose 'Personal information'/'Edit'
Go down to the bit that has 'URL to your avatar' and put in the link to the web address.
(ps. you can't upload an avatar, you need to put it on the web and point to it. I think
www.imageshack.us does this free or something)
