See, this really makes me wonder. I am definately not sure, but at higher limits (where some people at least pay attention) I wonder if the raise UTG garners enough fold equity both pre and post flop to make it more +EV than a raise with the exact same hand one position later. Anyone think this might be true?
I know I tend to instinctively fold a few more hands when facing a raise from UTG.
