Default Criticize this note system please

I never seem to have time to write detailed notes. I was thinking of trying a numerical note-taking system. i would rate a player's general postflop tendencies in categories on a scale of 1-5. then i can quickly adjust my previous impressions for any player. this should allow me the time to profile more of my opponents. each player gets 4 numbers for how they usually play monsters, weak made hands, drawing hands, and likelyhood of bluffs. the system should be pretty easy to remember since i'm basically ranking each category in terms of increasiing agression. I would appreciate any suggestions.

A trickly lag might have a note that looks like: 2,5,3,3
A rockish full-ring player new to 6-max might be: 3,1,1,2

Monsters:
1 - always slowplays
2 - slowplays frequently
3 - usually waits for the turn to bet
4 - check-raises flop, leads big streets
5 - leads flop and pounds relentlessly till the river

Weak made hands:
1 - can be pushed off a hand easily
2 - usually calls down, but capable of folding
3 - check-calls, but will bet if checked to
4 - attempts to protect hand, knows when to fold
5 - leads out and bets till raised

Drawing hands:
1 - checks, calls untill draw hits
2 - raises for free cards
3 - bets, raises with a pot equity edge
4 - pounds them like made hands
5 - will fire the last barrel if missed

Bluffing:
1 - never bluffs
2 - will bluff only in HU situations
3 - selectively bluffs at opportune times
4 - bluffs frequently, usually when checked to
5 - bluffs without discretion into multiple players
