What about setting up a banner on my very small weblog, and letting my friend (who don't play poker anymore, but has a neteller account he never use, and has given me control over) sign up, and just play "for him" - getting the affiliate (20%) on my neteller, and transfer the winnings from his neteller to mine with 1.9 % fee.
That should work, unless PP is not paying their affiliates properly !!
