Under what conditions would you justify calling a raise with kq off?
KQo, basically never. KQs maybe with lots of cold callers. Against a LAG or a late position raise by a TAG I would 3-bet it as opposed to cold-calling.
An UTG player is raising AJ+ ATs+ KJs+ 99+ or so. We're behind/dominated by the majority of his range.
