Default AA vs semi-tight raiser

Villain is 30/7.

Preflop, I think I should've made it 14-15. Do you flat call sometimes here with someone left to act ? Anyone make it more than 15 ?

Once he calls I narrow his range to JJ-KK.

On the flop, I went into WA/WB mode. I thought I'd let him bet his KK (maybe JJ but less likely that he bets into my check) and try and control pot size in case he has QQ. Leading out will get called or raised by both KK/QQ also, so I don't know which move is better.

Turn... his weak bet could mean JJ-QQ-KK again (JJ-KK fearing AA and QQ trying to suck value out). Any reasons to bet out the turn ?

River follows same logic, and now JJ got there too.
