he is offering you to become an affiliate. its basically an a affiliate spam email. the affil. managers there get paid based on the revenues of their affiliates, so they are always trying to sign people up. i am pretty certain that is what this is, although the VIP part i have not hear of before. The player winnings part refers to MGR not actual winnings, they have never been big on proper terminology.
