You guys keep saying stuff like this, but I'm not sure I get it:

Cop: Have you had anything to drink?
You: .
Cop: Well?
You: .
Cop: Get out of the car.

These guys are assholes and I don't see how not answering their question will help you.

I don't think not answering their question will help you on the side of the road, but it will definitely help you in court, if it gets to that point.
