If you really think she's worth all that - your only play is to head back to the same bar next to her work next thursday. Sit near the front - you'll see her if she comes in and maybe catch her if she is leaving the restaurant (you said it was next door right?).
Make sure you have a good time even if you don't see her.
And next time get the digits early....
