For me the two most amazing parts of the article were that Mr. Buffett casually bought $140M of a particular stock in one day, and that Mr. Sokol said "I would have fired me" but Mr. Buffett barely batted an eyelash.
I also love Charlie's "hatred of bureaucracy" comment. Classic.
