congrats. but in the words of E-40, dont buy an $85,000 car before you buy a house. Another 2 months and I'll have enough money to pay off my house note set aside. Then I just gotta get ahold of a financial planner and see if its something I should do to save money or if the tax breaks outweigh the loss of debt.Then its time to save for the cessna LOL
