If you know an opponent will call a flop bet all the time then you are probably ahead with AK a lot so you are actually betting for value as well. Also, HU I almost always cont bet the turn if the flop texture is good. I get a fold here quite a bit or at least charge them here for a draw. Then I chekc through the river. Agian though it depends on teh opponent. Tighter opponents will peal less liberally so you can usually give up faster. Anyways, hope this helped.
