The closest I have come is Italy's parliament website which lists all of the members of various committees. I see the head of the finance committee, but I have no idea which one of these is the shadow finance leader

The only thing that I have found in the mainstream websites is the PM and shadow PM. Calling the Italian consulate is a great idea, I would have to try that out. Thanks.
