This pretty much sums up my thoughts on the matter, so I'm not going to bother voting. Keep him banned, unban him, really doesn't make a difference.
I do think it's a little absurd to characterize Phillips' comment in the original post as a "personal attack". I believe his exact words were, "This Dynasty fellow only adds fuel to the fire..." Pretty far from what I'd consider to be a personal attack. Now Vehn's
