Having trouble with my play here in general. Is there even a somewhat-standard line to take against an unknown at 10/20...
You have AKo in the SB and CO raises, you 3bet, and he caps.
Flop comes down all low rainbowish cards...
bet/call? check/call?...what's line for turn and beyond?
