Read the T&C:
"Wagering on Bonus
Your Play on most Games require a minimum wagered amount of 20 times the bonus received. The only exceptions are:

1. Your Play on Craps, Baccarat and Vegas Strip Blackjack is not counted towards the Minimum Level of Play requirement.
2. If you play any of the Blackjack (except Vegas Strip Blackjack), Roulette, and all Poker games you are required to play 60 times the bonus amount credited to your Bonus Account."

So if you're playing blackjack or video poker, you have to wager $6,000 before cashing any winnings out. I'm about 99.99% sure that you cannot cash out anything before wagering $6,000. As for your question on "REAL money":

"Minimum Level of Play
Any Players who registers a real account is deemed to have accepted the Bonus terms and conditions by the Casino. A Player is required to complete the following wagering requirements on both the deposit and the bonus awarded before a Cash In is allowed from their Real Account."
