Closed pp account, opened new one - can\'t use same email
So I closed my old pp account about half a week ago. And today, I opened another one under a different email address. After I log in, I can't change the email back to my old one (the one that matches my Neteller email). It gives me this error: "The mail-id that you want to use is already used by another account. Our Cardroom does not allow same mail-id used by multiple accounts." Am I correct that your pp email has to match your Neteller email in order to deposit? Even though I closed my old account, they still keep track of my old email address? If so, how do I get around this?
