Boss: "Get me that report ASAP"
You (getting report):"okay"
Other Guy who you were performing CPR on: "I died"

now, if he would have used "ASAL" instead, he could have finished CPR on that fine fellow and perhaps saved his life, but since it was possible for him to not perform CPR, poor sap died.
