I think this is probably a bad play. For one thing I think Phil is pretty solid and not likely to get far out of line. I also think it very likely he is betting with a better flush draw and similar low hand. He could also have AA2x with a spade draw. I have sat at the table with him for several hands and he doesn't seem to raise that often preflop aside from the impromptu 2+2 game (I may have just caught him on a bad run of cards though), so AA with a solid wheel card is a very likely hand. Given the action you are probably drawing to a quarter of the pot, so I think you are better off just folding here. I could dream up some scenarios where you might want to push, but they all involve the third guy being much shorter and you being able to clearly mark him with a nut flush draw. I think you give this one up to a bet and raise.
