I am not aware of the current political issues in CA, seeing as I just moved here. Can someone explain what all these props (77, 75, 74, etc) to me? Also, without a doubt there is some (thousands) of people who thought Ahhhnold was gonna be like the terminator and eliminate all of your (and now my) problems. I am almost positive about it.
