Re: Rank challenged cards?
Probably somebody searching for a clever way to say "three low cards". "Challenged" is used as a euphemism (at least in US English) for certain kinds of disabilities, and by extension is often used humorously for all kinds of shortcomings. "I'm technically challenged; i could barely turn my computer on." That sort of thing.
I wouldn't be sure of that interpretation even if i saw it in context, though, so consider it a guess.
