I see this all the time while playing online. I think you are too kind when you call it Amnesia, forgetfulness, or whatever. It's rather some kind of complex and need to attack other people to make oneself seem better.

Whatever is the cause, this is VERY stupid, and whoever is doing it does it to their own detriment. We all want bad players in our games. That's how we make money.
