I have a beginner question about playing well from the SB. With AQo in the SB I usually value raise with any number of limpers, 3-bet raises from MP or later and open raise when checked to--assuming no reads. Sound okay? Should I ever cap?

Useful LAG insight. Last night I was playing to the left of a 65/5/2 guy who froze me up whenever he raised PF. Sometimes he showed me the AA I was worried about and sometimes KTs. Weird.
