Fair enough. I don't normally play it that aggressively without a read either 6-handed but at 4-handed or fewer, I definitely jack up the aggression.
The point of the story was the reaction to the beat; he took it in stride and was neither surprised or angry with what I turned over. That's usually the sign of a tough player.
